EchoGen Labs License Agreement

Version v2.2

1) What this is

EchoGen Labs provides AI voice generation tools. This agreement explains what you can do with audio you generate, and more importantly, what you cannot do.

2) Commercial use

If your plan includes commercial rights, EchoGen Labs grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use our generated audio in commercial and non-commercial projects, including (but not limited to):

  • YouTube videos, ads, and social media content
  • Podcasts, audiobooks, narration, and courses
  • Games, apps, websites, and interactive media
  • Client work and agency deliverables

3) What you own vs what we own

You own the usage rights to the audio output you generate under your plan. EchoGen Labs retains ownership of the underlying voice models, training data, system prompts, pipelines, and technology.

4) Voice protection rules (serious)

Our voices simulate real people. You agree not to use EchoGen Labs to:

  • Impersonate a real person in a misleading or fraudulent way
  • Create content that claims that a real person and/or EchoGen Labs endorses a product, candidate, or belief
  • Generate content intended to harass, defame, threaten, or dox anyone
  • Create scams, fake “official” customer service calls, or social engineering attempts
  • Violate laws or the rights of others

If we believe a voice is being used for harm, fraud, or abuse, EchoGen Labs has the right to suspend access and/or revoke licenses associated with the account.

5) Plan changes and license validity

Licenses you generate are tied to your account and the plan terms at the time of generation. If you downgrade or cancel, previously generated licenses remain valid for outputs created during the eligible period, unless revoked due to abuse.

6) Verification

A generated license may be verified using its License ID. EchoGen Labs may invalidate or revoke a license if it was obtained through fraud, account compromise, or terms violations.

7) No legal magic

EchoGen Labs provides tools and a license document as proof of your rights under our platform. You are responsible for using the tools and outputs in compliance with laws and platform policies.
