We store this so you can access your history and reuse your content.

• When you generate content
• Which tools you use (Voice Lab, Podcast Lab, etc.)
• System performance and error logs

This helps us keep the platform stable and improve it over time.

3) Why We Collect It

We only collect what we need to:

• Run the platform (generate audio/video)
• Save your history for convenience
• Manage your account and plan
• Improve performance and fix issues

4) Third-Party Services

We use trusted services to operate EchoGen Labs:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Clerk (authentication and account management)
• RunPod (backend processing)
• Railway (backend services)

These services only process data as needed to perform their role.

5) Your Content & Ownership

Your scripts and generated files belong to you.

We do not sell your data or use your content to train models without your permission.

We store your content only so the platform works as expected.

6) How Your Data is Stored

Your data is stored securely using modern infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but understand that no system is completely 100% immune to risk.

7) Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.

8) Deleting Your Data

You can delete your content directly from your account.

You can also request full account deletion by contacting us. Once your account is deleted, your data may be permanently removed or anonymized.

9) Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the data we have about you
• Request correction of your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or limit how your data is used
