1) What You’re Using

EchoGen Labs is an AI-powered platform that generates voice, audio, and video content.

We’re creators building for creators (not corporate gatekeepers), and these terms are here to keep things fair, safe, and running smoothly for everyone.

By using the platform, you agree to follow these terms.

2) Your Account

To use certain features, you’ll need an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login secure
• Be responsible for activity on your account

If something goes wrong with your account, contact us.

3) Using EchoGen Labs

You’re free to create, experiment, and build amazing content!

But you agree not to use EchoGen Labs to:

• Break the law
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Impersonate real people in a misleading or fraudulent way
• Create scams or deceptive content (fake support calls, fraud, etc.)
• Spread false information that could cause harm
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform

If you cross these lines, we may suspend or blatantly terminate your access.

4) AI-Generated Content

EchoGen Labs uses AI to generate content.

• Outputs may not always be perfect.
• You are responsible for how you use the content.
• You should review content before publishing or sharing.

We provide the tools — You control how they’re used.

5) Licenses & Usage Rights

Your rights to using generated content are covered in our License Agreement:

• You may use generated content based on your plan
• EchoGen Labs owns the underlying technology and voice systems

6) Platform Availability

We do our best to keep EchoGen Labs running smoothly.

• The platform may go down occasionally
• Features may change or improve over time

We are not responsible for interruptions or temporary downtime.

7) Payments & Subscriptions

If you are on a paid plan:

• Payments are processed securely through Clerk
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
• You are responsible for managing your subscription

If you have billing issues, contact us.

8) Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These terms are violated
• The platform is used for harmful, abusive, or illegal purposes
• There is suspicious or fraudulent activity

We don’t do this lightly, but we will protect the platform and our users.

9) Limitation of Liability

EchoGen Labs is provided “as is.”

• We are not responsible for how you use generated content
• We are not responsible for loss of data due to unforeseen issues
• We are not responsible for damages resulting from platform use

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as EchoGen Labs grows. If changes are important, we’ll make them visible here.
